Director of Sales m/f Top Ultra Luxury Resort Maldives

The Director of Sales will be responsible to formulate and direct the implementation of a sales strategy in order to increase the visibility and brand reputation, enable the achievement of the sales targets as well as position the Resort as a top-of-mind property within the UHNWI hospitality market. A background in similar style of resorts is considered essential. The ideal person would be passionate, creative and hands on, with fine attention to detail - able to set and achieve high standards. The role would require the person to be a great communicator with an outgoing personality. Strong all-round management and administrative skills are assumed.
